You never know what's gonna hit you. Today, I ended up unexpectedly in a hospital bed for a few hours, recovering from a minor surgical procedure that had me completely knocked out.
I snapped this in the A&E waiting room - before I realised the gravity of the situation. It says "5" in the picture but making my payment was actually step 2 - right after the registration and temperature screening - even before I saw any nurse or doctor. Gotta love the efficiency of our system, don't you think?
Deja vu farewell, except I didn't shed any tears this time round.
